The quotation for our conservatory was delivered as a presentation which was good as we were able to ask questions face to face. The quotation was an 'all in' quote, no hidden extras. We were kept informed throughout the build of when people would be arriving and what would happen next. All the work was carried out in a very professional way, the installation team always left the site clear and as tidy as they could. The finished result is excellent and we can thoroughly recommend Chippenham Conservatories.

We are so delighted with the windows and patio doors! Mark was very attentive, patient and honest with a respectful and kind manner and absolutely no sales pitch. All of the windows in the house have been replaced and we have had new patio doors installed in place of the lounge window. It has been an absolute pleasure to have such skilled craftsmen in the house who came in, worked hard, cleaned up so well that the house was a pleasure to come home to. The windows were less than half the price paid by our neighbours and more than twice the quality - stunning! Recommended without hesitation to everyone! Brilliant! Thank you Mark and all the team!

An excellent service from Chippenham Conservatories & Windows. We have just had a new front door and side panel fitted as well as a garage window. Rob listened to our requirements and interpreted them perfectly. The quality of the product is the best we've seen. The service throughout was exceptional. Everybody involved was very courteous, friendly and professional from beginning to end. Our fitter, Gordon, was brilliant - a perfectionist and incredibly tidy. Prices were by far the best of all the quotes we had. We would definitely recommend the company to anyone.

10/10 from me Although I live Trowbridge, Chippenham Conservatories and Windows came to the rescue to help me after a local cowboy double glazing firm let me down badly on a small extension to my property. Another tradesman had explained my plight to them and they offered to come and take a look to see if they could help me. Rob came out for what was initially going to be a simple repair of the existing poor workmanship of the other firm. I was impressed that CWC had taken the trouble to come such a distance to help me…..That shows TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rob was very helpful and offered an honest appraisal of that was required. This impressed me so I talked to him about also replacing the existing Double glazed windows that had been fitted some years ago. Despite reassurances, was obviously anxious about the job they would do…..Once bitten, twice shy after all. Rob and Mark both came out to my house separately to go over what would be done and took time to fully reassure me as to the standard of installation I could expect. I have to say they did an absolutely fantastic job and they delivered on exactly all they said they would. Their fitters, Ian and colleague did a first class job. There was minimum fuss, no mess and they took great care and attention in making sure the windows were fitted to specification in the quickest possible time. They were exceptionally clean and tidy and kept me informed of progress throughout the installation. They made sure I was completely happy with everything before they left. The windows look absolutely fantastic and much better than the original installation. They put right the mistakes from the other contractor on my extension and went above and beyond to make sure everything properly matched. I am very grateful for all their time and trouble. I would have no issue in fully recommending them. This is a professional firm who get the thumbs up from me.

We were impressed after viewing a friend's conservatory which was built by them and after obtaining several quotes decided on this company for the sheer professionalism and friendly service. LOOK NO FURTHER.....This company is not to be overlooked. From initial contact through to fitting, a first class service was received. Mark explained the whole process in fine detail giving us the assurance that we would be getting exactly what we required. After all, replacement windows and doors are quite an investment and you want to know you are getting what you pay for. With Chippenham Windows, you get exactly that. The fitters were fantastic,their workmanship excellent and all complete in just over a day. They also made sure that not a trace of mess was left and took extra care when indoors using mats and dustsheets everywhere!
I cannot rate this company highly enough, i am so glad we decided to go with them. They make no false promises like some others out there.
